Ameley is insured and available for both skippered and bareboat charter from her marina base for periods from one day to two weeks.  In all cases of charter we would recommend that in addition you provide your own personal accident insurance if required.

We supply the yacht cleaned with full fuel and water tanks ready for your charter.  You will be responsible for marina and fuel fees during your charter unless otherwise agreed.  We do not make separate charges for gas, water or wet weather gear.

Skippered Charter

We can arrange for a professional yacht skipper to accompany you on your charter.  All our skippers have at least an RYA Commercial Yachtmaster certificate and with their local knowledge and expertise can help you get the most out of your sailing charter.

Whether you require tuition, need to hone your skills a little or just a professional to take away the responsibilities of skippering then this is the option for you.

Bareboat Charter

In order to charter Ameley your appointed Skipper will need a minimum of RYA Coastal Skipper (theory and practical).

Bareboat charterers are responsible for the safe keeping of the yacht and its equipment during the hire period.  Please see the terms of the charter agreement for further details which can be sent on request.

With both chartering options due regard needs to be given to access in and out of the Beaulieu River over the bar. On average the river is accessible to us approximately 3 hours either side of high water although this period changes daily as the tides go between springs and neaps. In all cases of charter it is best to call us to discuss your dates and timings so that we can structure your charter to best suit your needs and those of the tides.
