Ameley is based at the historic Bucklers Hard Marina in the Beaulieu River some 45 minutes up stream from the Solent.

Unlike many of the busy marinas of the Solent, Bucklers Hard not only offers full yachtsmans' facilities including showers but also a delightful pub, hotel and beautiful river walks to the village of Beaulieu. All set in the tranquil surroundings of the river and the New Forest.

Once you have managed to extract yourselves from the river you will find many Solent harbours such as Yarmouth and Cowes within a very convenient short sail.
